Download flies are missing

All my downloads are missing from app can't see any downloaded files.

But all data storage showing in my mobile.

Aloh version 7:11:2 and oxygen os version 14

Please do the following: Go to System Settings - Applications - Aloha - Permissions
Grant permissions for audio, video, and photos. Let me know if it works afterwards.

I granded all permissions still not showing anything

Did you download the files through the Aloha browser or other apps? Where are the necessary files stored (SD card, device downloads, etc.)? Were these files visible before?

I downloaded using Aloha browse only. it wil only visible in Aloha app. My phone doesn't have sd card

If you clear the app data, any files you downloaded in the Aloha browser will be permanently deleted.

In the download section before there were full of download files and videos
