Why cant I log into the app?
I can login onto the Web just fine. I tried changing my password, but I still can’t log into the app. ☹

If you are logged in on more then 5 devices, it could cause trouble logging in. You can clear devices in here: https://alohaprofile.com/login.html
If thats not the case, please take a screenshot of the error displayed upon log in on mobile app. Thanks,
