To download a video in Aloha on iPad, touch and hold the video on the web page and tap Download video. You can also download from the full-screen player, from the media toolbar, or by pasting a direct link in Downloads.
Download from a web page
- Touch and hold the video on the web page.
- Tap Download video in the menu.
Download from the full-screen player
- Play the video in full screen.
- In the control bar at the bottom of the player, tap the download icon. It is the first icon in the group of icons on the right.
Download from the media toolbar
When a page has a video, Aloha shows a media toolbar. Tap the download button in that toolbar.
Download with a direct link
- Copy the link to the video file.
- Open Downloads and tap the + button at the right end of the bottom toolbar.
- In the Download file window, check the link in the URL field. If you have a link on your clipboard, it is pasted automatically.
- Tap Download.
