Aloha not installing

Aloha keeps saying "Installation was failed" when I try to reinstall it, i deleted it from appdata I tried everything but it wont install, why is that?

windows 10 and i own operate on a lenovo laptop

It seems that Deleting from AppData was done incorrectly. You should delete apps on windows via “Add or remove programs” system setting. Please open “Add or remove programs” and find “Aloha” then Uninstall 👍

Try this: Find “Aloha Mobile service” in “Services” windows app and then stop it. Once its done, try the installation once more.

I tried downloading the latest version and the one I was using was the one before
