Open Tabs Thumbnail Preview Keeps Disappearing

Hello,

I have Aloha browser for iOS v 5.0.0

Whenever I exit the browser and reopen it all of the thumbnail previews of all of my open tabs disappear. The open tabs in the tab manager are just empty and have no image preview of the contents inside.

Is there a way to make it so that the tab manager keeps the thumbnail previews of the open tabs forever?

1. what device do you have?

2. how many tabs?

3. what setup do you have in Privacy settings, is all “on exit” toggles disabled?

Hello, here are my replies:

1. iPad Pro 10.5 inch, IOS 17.0.1

2. The issue happens no matter how many tabs I have had open. Currently I only have 10 open.

3. Everything in “on exit” is disabled, and it says “ Clear after 5 min” (as there isn’t an option to never clear, could this be the issue?)

Any solutions would be much appreciated!

Yes, we did and we ran several tests and were unable to trace this behaviour you are experience.

In this case, please answer the following:

Are you using Private tabs or Regular tabs?
Do you have free space on device?
Please take a screen recording of this issue and attach it in this chat.
