Paid for Aloha premium through google pay, amount deducted from bank but subscription failed.

I purchased the aloha premium at ₹790 and paid through google pay. The autopay setup and the transaction was complete. The amount was deducted from the bank.

But after completion, the subscription did not activate in Aloha.

Thanks for your feedback. What email address did you use to purchase Premium plan, ideally please attach invoice of the purchase with additional information.

Steps:

I opened Aloha on android

Clicked the gift box icon on the top left

Selected yearly subscription check box

Clicked on buy

It took me to the Payments page

Selected GPay

Authorised the transaction

Auto pay setup complete

Transaction complete on gpay

Amount deducted from my bank

Was taken back to aloha page

Got a message "Transaction failed"

There are no active subscriptions under this email address on google play - frankantony32@gmail.com. Message Transaction Failed, indicates that the payment did not go through and will be reverted back to your account.

For more detail we need payment invoice and not a bank statement. You should have received an invoice to your email inbox.

I had not logged in / signed up to Aloha at the time of purchase.

The email ID provided was the one used in gpay.

I have checked my emails and have not received any emails regarding the invoice. The screenshot I sent has the UPI transaction ID. Can't that be used to verify my purchase?
