Cant log in too many devices

Accidentally logged out on my computer and now I can’t log back in due to too many devices connected. This is strange because it should only be mine and one or two other devices max on my account however I don’t know how to disconnect device devices on the phone app and I can’t connect with the computer to disconnect devices. How do I get back in on my computer?
