App crashed and suddenly everything erased

Hello John here , I want to report I think a bug The app recently crashed while downloading a video . When I reopened it , suddenly all my history and all of my books marks were gone entirely . Is there anyway to get them back ??

If not could you fix’s this so it doesn’t happen in the future ?
