Unable to transfer files to PC
In "Downloads" there is no 'Settings' in the left hand bottom corner...
You see how I click it and it only shoes how much I've downloaded and what not? No extra settings to actually enable file transfers....the guide shows a completely different scenario.
I'm using a iPhone 6S+ running iOS 11.4.

I've had the same problem but in the last day an update has appeared on the App Store that makes the Settings button available. The release note describes it as a long awaited feature which doesn't explain why the guide has been featuring it for a while now.
