I cant watch videos

Hey,

So i just downloaded Aloha on my iPad and my iPhone , and i just can’t watch videos on both devices it says (There’s a problem loading this video, Tap to retry), and i tried to reinstall but nothing happens and the videos is still not working

iPhone X (iOS 12.1)

iPad Air (iOS12.1)
