Hello, I have a problem with my monthly subscription. I was subscribed for about two months. The first month was working, but the second month after I paid the amount it didn’t work again. So Should I cancel my subscription or what please answer me.

Hi there,

Thanks for your feedback. Please do the following to restore Premium subscription:

- Go to Aloha Settings

- Enter Premium page

- Scroll all the way down and tap 'Restore Purchase' button.

Your subscription should activate right away!

Make sure you are logged with the same Apple ID/Google account you made purchase for premium.
