Hello,

Thank you for your feedback. Please provide/answer the following:

- Forward video links with download error

- What Aloha Version do you have?

- What Android/iOS version do you use?

Thank you,

It seems like it’s some sort of server-side protection, not related to our downloader.

These tips that may help:

  1. Enable Aloha VPN before downloading the video – changing the location actually helped me to work around an issue.
  2. Try to limit the downloading threads count to 1 in Aloha Downloads settings – some web services are banning multithread downloads.

Regards,

Aloha Team

Hi there,

All the links given works fine, downloads without issues, please open videos in pornhub in full screen mode and tap download arrow. It should do the trick!

Yeah, That’s the way I’ve done it for the last two years. However, over the last two month or so, this has been non stop. One time, I moved all my downloaded media to my PC, deleted and reinstalled the app after rebooting my phone. It worked for about 3 downloads and then back to processing errors. The same issue is occurring with my iPhone 6, but it won’t update beyond iOS 12.5.4, so I haven’t been too concerned about that one. Once I deleted all the files from that phone and reinstalled the app on it, it never processed anything after that. That’s been through the last two updates. That’s also how I know that it’s not just my individual phone either, even if there may indeed be two different reasons the same thing is happening. Neither phone has any problems playing videos that I download by other means to my phone and then export them from my camera roll to that Aloha application. I just don’t like doing that because it’s such a pain in the ass.

Do you have enough storage space on your device?

Yes. I have 73GB of free space. MP4 download just fine. M3U8 video will download, but there’s a video processing error. The issue was solved briefly, but the issue has been back for a month or so.
