New Tab does not open unless broswer is in smaller size not full sized window!
The 3 buttons in top right hand side of the window it won't open the new tab in full size, only when window is resized to a smaller window.

See what the new tab button doesn't do anything until you resize the window to a smaller size it's like you disabled it on the full size window. Try it yourself.
