No VPN CONNECTION on any location is working on Windows 10. I have a premium account from mobile/apple itunes but none of it is usable on Windows. Any advice?

Thanks for posting. Is Premium subscription active on your windows version? Please double check. If thats not the case, please attach screenshots of VPN error so we can look into it 🛠
