My VPN service isn't working no matter what I do

I have been subscribed to aloha prime for a while and recently i started having problems with it the VPN service doesn't work (I use android) cleared the cache, deleted the app

When you experience VPN connection cut, is there a pop up error message? If so, please forward a screenshot so we can look into it.

I have 2 problems

the first one is with auto start when it's active once I open the app I'm gonna be stuck at the main screen with a circle going around for a long time and I'm gonna upload a pic of it

The second issue is when Im trying to connect to the VPN manually I'm gonna have to spam it a lot of times and itwill still not connect and I'm gonna upload a vid about it

Thanks for additional info! It looks like a glitch, so please try remove Aloha VPN profile in Aloha VPN settings, then tap the shield icon to reinstall it.

Let me know if it makes any difference.

There are 3 option for removing accounts

Remove data from the server

Log out

Delete profile

Which one should I pick?

These are Aloha Profile settings. So none of the options.

You have to go to Aloha settings - VPN - tap Remove VPN profile.

Can you please try to connect on different network or mobile data? It is possible your current admin is blocking our servers. UAE is a bit tricky when it comes to VPN.

It worked on mobile data but my laptop works fine with the wifi
