aloha vpn premium connection problem

Hello. I bought Aloha premium but I can't connect. I will be glad if you help. Even though I made the adjustments at the solution point, it still doesn't work.

AVG VPN calısıyor, Chrome tarayıcısında ise Hola VPN calısıyor. Ama aloha tarayıcım calısmıyor.

Do you connect Aloha VPN service while the other VPN is active too?

No, I don't open any extra vpn. I just wanted to say that it is installed. I deleted it and tried again but the error persists
