Ad blocker / Pop up blocker not working for a website

Pop-up blocker is not work on the site (http://www.incestflix.com/) when on iPhone iOS. Each page if I touch the screen a new browser tab opens. After doing that the first time on a page it doesn’t happen again until you go to another page. And then it happens again
