Can anyone suggest how to resolve this issue when installing?

before anyone asks, it doesn't continue with the install it just closes :)

The install still closes with no errors or warning, but this time nothing is written to the logfile.

In this case please add full log file from C:\Users\<USER NAME>\AppData\Local\Temp\aloha_installer.log

There is nothing in the log file at all. I deleted it to ensure it was clean but nothing is logged there when running the installer as an admin.
