VPN cofiguration not installed

Dear Aloha Support Team,


I’m experiencing an issue while trying to install and use the VPN feature in the Aloha app. When I attempt to activate protected mode, I receive the following message:

“NO VPN PROFILE INSTALLED. To use protected mode, allow VPN profile to be installed.”


However, even after allowing the installation and checking the VPN configurations in my iPhone settings, no VPN profile appears to be installed. I’ve repeated the process several times without success.

Device details:

•iPhone 11

•iOS version: 18.3

•Aloha app: Latest version from the App Store


Could you please advise on how to resolve this issue?
