Is there any way to roll back to the older version or any fix to this issue pleasee help me!!
Hi there,
Thanks for reaching out! The message you’re seeing about the free download limitation is part of our new usage policy. Previously, unlimited downloads were available to all users, but to keep the service running smoothly and continue improving the app, we’ve added a daily free download limit.
Unfortunately, it’s not possible to roll back. However, you can still download for free within the daily limit — or, if you’d like unlimited access again, upgrading to Premium will remove these restrictions entirely.
We know this is a change from what you were used to, and we really appreciate your understanding and continued support. Please let us know if you run into any other issues or need help managing your downloads.
Regards,
Aloha Team

That’s an insane response.
Please explain how local usage affects Aloha since you’re claiming it’s a new usage policy, especially since there’s no vpn involved.
This fails at being a browser.
What’s next? Daily limits on how many web sites you can open?

This decision is completely misguided and will alienate the very users who helped make Aloha relevant in the first place.
Let’s be honest…. the built-in downloader is THEE feature that sets Aloha apart from every other browser out there. Without it, there’s little reason for anyone to keep using the app. Chrome, Firefox, and countless others already offer the same (or better) browsing experience…..what made Aloha special was that it allowed video downloads directly within the app. Now, by removing or limiting that, you’ve essentially stripped away the one feature that gave people a reason to stay.
Before Aloha, many of us were using online video downloaders found through web searches…. and if this policy remains in place, that’s exactly what we’ll go back to. It’s not ideal, but it’s better than dealing with arbitrary restrictions that make an app less useful overnight.
This decision feels like a huge misstep that will push loyal users away and, frankly, could kill an already niche app. If your goal is to “keep the service running smoothly,” you should be focusing on user growth and satisfaction… not driving people to uninstall the app out of frustration.
I strongly urge you to reverse this policy immediately. If you continue down this path, you’ll lose a large portion of your user base, myself included. Aloha had potential to be something truly great, but decisions like this make it hard to justify staying.

Downloading limitations. Not a great idea when I came for the unlimited downloads before.
