I have been charged for one year through Google play but subscription not renewed

Hi there,

Thanks for your feedback. Please do the following to restore Premium subscription:

- Go to Aloha Settings

- Enter Premium page

- Scroll all the way down and tap 'Restore Purchase' button.

Your subscription should activate right away!

I do this, purchase can be restored

In this case please do the following:

Restart your phone
Go to Google Play app -> Subscriptions -> please make sure that your subscription is listed there.
Go to Aloha Browser and open premium purchase screen. This should trigger the re-evaluation of the current state.
