According to your referral program analytics you have received one week for 1-9 referrals and one month for 10 - 29 referrals, next tier is 30 - 299 referrals (1 year).

Thats not how it works. Reward goes for 10-29 referrals when you reach 10 you receive a reward, next time you will receive a reward when you reach next tier - 30.
