Problems with the new version of Windows, I can't download videos

I can no longer download videos like before; now I get an error when I try to download from this page, for example.

Latest version of Aloha for Windows.

Is there any way to fix this and revert to the previous version, or is there any way to download the previous version of Aloha?

Do you have an estimate of how long it might take to fix this? Could you provide me with the previous version of Aloha that was working so I can revert to that version?

The problem is that it won't let me select the download quality, and I think that's causing the error. Previously, with the old system, I could select the video quality and there were no download errors.

That's why I want to know if there's any way to revert to a previous version of the browser while they fix this bug.

We recently updated our video loader, and this change has caused some temporary issues like the one you experienced. We apologize for the inconvenience.

The good news is that this new video loader will perform significantly better compared to the previous version. The specific issue on this site has already been fixed, and everything should work properly after the next release.

We expect the rollout to happen within approximately one week.

They updated the browser today and the download problem persists; they haven't fixed it.

Thanks for reporting this — sorry for the frustration. While we’ve made improvements in the current version, this specific site still has issues. We’re actively working on a fix, including auto-retries and better handling of single/multi-process downloads. These improvements are planned for the next 1–2 months and should make downloads much more reliable.
