Problem with downloading

I am having a new issue with downloading
The error shows download file expired
Previously I have been using my wifi and mobile network with no issues
I have aloha 8.2.1 I think it’s started after I updated
I have ios 26.3.1 (a)
Please advise

Downloads only now work on mobile network
I have tried to reset network settings and use different WiFi
Problem is still ongoing
