Problems downloading

Videos have stopped downloading

Keeps saying download file expired

Normally I use my wifi and mobile network now it keeps failing

Current WiFi’s and mobile network work for

some time then cuts out and show download link expired

I have just updated to v8.3.0

Still I am having issues with network problems

My wifi and mobile network cut out after a few mins of downloading

Any response ?

It is not clear - are you facing downloading issues or network issues?

It works sometimes on 5g but cuts out on my wifi

If your network is not stable and disconnects, it interrupts the download process.

Your not giving me a solution your telling me what I already know

I’m not paying premium for general knowledge

You need to help me solve this issue and make the app less problematic as it has been for a while.

I’m finding more reasons to stop paying and not using this app.

The solution to download error in this case is a stable internet connection, which fails on your device as suggested in your previous replies. This is not Aloha's issue, its your network's.

If download error happens with the stable network - then add links to videos with download error and a screen recording that shows exact steps that leads to error.

My networks are stable

I have had no problems in the past after the recent two updates the app doesn’t let me download from missav

I have tried to download from other website with no issues supjav just missav it cuts out half way of downloading

I have tested on other sites and it’s fine connection is fine and downloads to the end

This problem is definitely with missav website

Hi, we tested links and downloading works, in this case, please do the following:

Ensure a continuous internet connection
Delete all unsuccessful downloads
Exit Aloha with a swipe up
Reopen and download again.

It’s definitely a problem with missav downloading problem I have managed to use my wifi to download from supjav it’s fine

I’m having the same issue since the last iOS update but it’s inconsistent and seemingly site dependent. Additionally, if a video does download it will have no sound. I have yet to be able to download any video from any site with sound and these are my regular everyday sites I’ve always used with Aloha and never had issue with. Just tried test downloading a few videos on X and every video downloads but none of those downloaded videos have sound. Something definitely broke with the last update.
