i removed app from my iphone and reinstall it but my files is gone please help me i need it

Deleting Aloha app results in loosing all the data including downloaded files. Next time please back up your files before uninstalling Aloha app.
Ok how can i backup files ?
Best way right now is exporting files to any cloud. iTunes back up should be back soon as well!
Ok but i have many folders. Can i export it all by one export. ? Or i must export it one after one ?
At the moment you can only transfer files by one.
Omg its taking from me many hours i have about 5 gb btw thank u for reply
