Can't access Premium from mobile account on Desktop (Mac/Win)

I notice when I log into my Premium access account from mobile on my Mac/PC for example, it pulls up my account but it shows it in "Basic" account status.

Did you purchase Premium on the App Store using the same email address?

Yes, but not currently. I appear to have Premium outside of Apple Store now.


When I pull up my apple subscriptions I see I used to have a premium subscription, but it expired on October 6th, 2025.
