Forgot passcode

If you have forgotten your passcode, click 'Forgot passcode' button in the Passcode panel and then enter your Aloha Profile account email address. Verification code and instructions will be emailed to your inbox. If you haven't received it, please also check your spam folder or contact our team at

If you do not have Aloha Profile account, you cannot reset your passcode. Create Aloha Profile account in the app to be able to reset passcode in the future.
