(PC Testing) Why such an old version of chromium?

Recently, I began to consider a move from Brave, another chromium-based browser, to the new testing version of Aloha, the mobile browser that I hold so dearly. Then, I began to adjust every little cranny and added some extensions. A problem occurred: The web store required a version of 88 or later. 'Why such an old version?
