Activate vpn on pc

I've installed the app on pc (windows 11). Login to my premium account. How I can activate VPN? Should I manually add new vpn data to the system?
Browser's vpn icon isn't active and don't react if I click on it.

Please add report: On your PC open "C:\Users\%USER_NAME%\AppData\Local\Temp" (where %USER_NAME% - current user name) and send file "aloha_vpn.txt" to us. Thanks,

Update:
Oddly your log shows successful connections . But logs ends with reinstalling the vpn service. Please connect again and the add the log once again. Also, please add a screen-recording showing your attempt to connect to vpn by tapping the shield icon. Thanks,

Now I understood what was the problem.... I'm using aloha app on Microsoft Surface and usually I'm not using any mouse connected to the tablet. So, you can't activate VPN with finger, only with touchpad or mouse.
