VPN won't connect and stays grey when turning it on

Hai, My Aloha browser VPN won't connect and the icon is still grey as well as I turn it on. I wonder if you could help with this problem.

It's Indonesia, I had premium account which connect to the fastest premium server. But often connected to the Netherlands server. looking forward to the answer

No, the icon just wont turn on

Please do the following:

1. Type in windows search bar “Services”

2. Find “AlohaMobile VPN service” in services list

3. Click right mouse button on service and select “Start” on context menu.

It should do the trick!
