I've paid for premium account for vpn but it doesn't work in Uzbekistan at all. I can't connect neither to free servers nor premium. Pls help me fix it

I bought Aloha premium n Aloha Profile account(desktop windows version). There is no special option to demand refund, it is only "Cancel plan". I clicked it but there is information that "Your plan will be canceled on September 22, 2023". I don't need subscription for not working service and just need a refund. When I have expect it?
