Recurbate.com and Rec-tube.com

I used to able to download videos from Rec-tube.com. Now I can’t anymore and I’ve never been able to download from Recurbate.com

Both sites gave me “Download Error”. There was another app that can download from both websites just fine. Unfortunately, it’s not on the App Store anymore, so I had to find alternative which led me to Aloha. Downloading from these sites are possible, so it’s not the website. Aloha is just having problems with these sites. Is it a technical issue or are you guys just blocking it?

We need answers.

I found out what the exact problem was. I didn’t need to delete and reinstall the app. My “User Agent” was set to “Desktop” and I couldn’t download. On my newly reinstalled app, it revert all the settings and I was able download. The User Agent is Mobile. I did an experiment and changed it back to “Desktop”, and got the same error. I changed it back to “Mobile”. I was able to download again.

Just go to the site and download any video. It’s all errors.

We downloaded a few random vids and it works fine on our test devices, in this case we need specific links where you experience error.

Also, do you use VPN service when downloading?

There’s no specific link because it’s every video lol. I can’t download any video. It says “download link expired”

No, I do not use a VPN. I did try to to download with a VPN and without. It still did not work.

I just searched this forum and I’m not the first person having this issue. It’s still not fixed for months.

Thank you so much for posting. Well, it’s working now (for both sites) after I deleted the app and reinstall it. Apparently that’s all it takes lol. I should’ve done it sooner.

For anyone having similar trouble, try deleting and reinstalling the app. And move your data out of the app before deleting if you don’t want to lose it.
