In App Purchases are Not working

Hello,

I am an annual sub for aloha vpn. This year apple also automatically charged the money. But premium features are not working in both aloha browser and aloha vpn. My account is perfectly logged in to aloha. Am i being scammed or what?

Please kindly solve this problem asap.

Hi there,

Thanks for posting. Aloha VPN subscription can only work within Aloha VPN app, it will not sync in Aloha Browser app.

Do you also experience same error Nothing to Restore in Aloha VPN app? If thats the case, can you please reinstall the app?

Are you logged in with the same apple ID used for purchasing Premium with Aloha VPN app? Also, can I see your App Store subscription page?
