I cannot use the VPN in Aloha PC Version

Hello ! I have been trying to connect the vpn using Aloha for Windows 10 and it does not seem to work. It just pulses around and nothing more. I have tried to disconnect and connect again and it shows me a Windows Security notification that says username and password. Do I place in my aloha or my windows user and password. After, even if it looks successful, it also says that it failed to connect or get stuck at connecting.

It seems that you are experiencing old error that used to occur with the older version, can you please reinstall browser and try again?

Hello ! I already did, 14 times, and restarted my pc 14 times at 3 different times to prevent it from breaking. It does not work.
