I am trying to activate the VPN while using Windows 10 - 64 bit version but is not able to connect to VPN. The VPN button animates for few seconds but then goes back to disconnected state.

Please advise.

Good day,

Thanks for your feedback.

What is your country of residence?

Also, please add report: On your PC open "C:\Users\%USER_NAME%\AppData\Local\Temp" (where %USER_NAME% - current user name) and send file "aloha_vpn.txt" to us.

Thank you,

Regards,

Aloha Team

Thanks!

By the log we can see that our service not running. Perhaps you have some sort of software installed that prevents our service from starting. Try to start the service manually:

1. Type in windows search bar “Services”

2. Find “AlohaMobile VPN service” in services list

3. Click right mouse button on service and select “Start” on context menu.

I don't have any antivirus installed. However, the problem might be coming from windows firewall. What do you advice about it ??
