Syncing open Tabs from IOS to Windows PC

How do I sync my open tabs from my Iphone 13 to a Windows PC? I cant find the settings for that.

Please open Settings (or Additional settings if app version 1.1.0.0 or higher) - Aloha profile - Manage synchronisation (please see attached).
