There is a problem with Japan server. It does not connect unlike other services,

Thanks for your feedback. Please reinstall Aloha VPN profile and try the Japan server again:

For iOS users: Go to Aloha VPN settings - Tap Remove Aloha VPN profile - Exit Settings and tap shield icon to reinstall Aloha VPN profile.

For Android users: Go to device settings - Connections - VPN - Aloha VPN - Remove Aloha VPN profile - Go to Aloha app - tap shield icon to reinstall Aloha VPN profile.
