No audio

I've tried YouTube as well as downloaded video files and none of them play audio.

I have a Samsung Note 20 ultra 5g.

All updates have been done.

The only app not playing audio is Aloha.

If I'm in a dead quiet area I can just barely make hear a little sound. I know it isn't an issue with the file or downloaded content because they play fine on other browsers and apps. It is an issue with the Aloha browser.
