on IOS, downloaded media files still visible after logging out

I have a shared device where I use Aloha and download various media. When I log out, I still see the downloaded files there. Is there way to hide that when not logged in?

Thanks for your feedback. Aloha profile account does not sync or back up your downloads, so it stays on your device in Aloha app whether you are logged in or logged out.
