Video download speed so slow my wifi speed is good but app limiting my speed around 1mb

Thanks for your feedback. On what website do you experience this speed and do you use VPN service when you download files? Also, what is the speed of your wifi/data network?

I don't use VPN. My wifi speed around 30mb and every website I try is downloading at 1mb

Also this website download very slow every website I tried download so slow but another app I use for downloading is work well for this websites and my other android phone work very well with aloha but I don't understand why my iphone can't do this

Do you have downloading threads set to max in the files settings?

No, I even uninstall app and installed again but everything is still same

Please set the downloading threads to the maximum and try the downloading on the site again. It should work fine 👍 If the issue occurs again, please add links to video with slow downloading so we can look into it.

Same issue. Downloads freeze so I have to keep manually pausing and resuming. It’s very annoying, takes hours to download something that should take minutes. It never used to do this and plenty of people are complaining about the same thing.. this needs sorting whether I’m a premium owner or not.
