WiFi sharing wont work on iPhone

I’ve tried everything and I can’t get the WiFi sharing to enable on my iPhone, both my iPhone and iPad are connected to the same WiFi and the iPad works just fine. Everytime I turn on the WiFi on my phone (iPhone 15 pro) it says “connect to a WiFi network to enable WiFi sharing” even though I’m connected to the same WiFi that my iPad is connected too which is working just fine. Please help I just bought premium for this feature and it’s not even working
