Downloads freezing, take ages or doesnt complete at all. Needs sorting, left reviews but no reply.

Downloads freeze so I have to keep manually pausing and resuming. It’s very annoying, takes hours to download something that should take minutes. It never used to do this and plenty of people are complaining about the same thing.. this needs sorting whether I’m a premium owner or not. I’ve left a review and had no reply, others don’t seem to get their problems solved unless they purchase premium which I’m not doing after seeing all these issues even on the week trial.

Nothing downloads it does it on every website no matter if I send the link or not, the app needs updating
