Premium not working on PC-Windows 10 for video downloads
HELP fix this! When I try to download videos on Windows 10 in the Premium plan, nothing happens. I can't click in the video element (no popup menu) and the arrow in top right corner doesn't download anything. it is idle and sometimes disappears. No files are downloaded to the app.

Thanks for your feedback. On what websites do you try to download videos? Please attach a few links to videos for testing. Do you have enough storage space on your PC?

I tried it on a Kajabi page with my personal login. It doesn't work on PC desktop Windows 10. Yes to enough storage. When I tried it on my ipad tablet, it showed a popup menu but I need to use my desktop for video downloads.
