Basic Plan VPN not working

Thanks for your feedback. Please reinstall Aloha VPN profile and try the servers again:

For iOS users: Go to Aloha VPN settings - Tap Remove Aloha VPN profile - Exit Settings and tap shield icon to reinstall Aloha VPN profile.

For Android users: Go to device settings - Connections - VPN - Aloha VPN - Remove Aloha VPN profile - Go to Aloha app - tap shield icon to reinstall Aloha VPN profile.

- what error is displayed when you enable VPN service?

- what Aloha versions and Android/iOS versions do you use?

2) There No error displayed, vpn shows connected, but doesn’t load anything , not even Google.

3) iOS , Aloha v7.0.0

Please check the following screenshots

It is tricky with VPN in Qatar, as your local network providers are often blocking VPN servers.

I can only suggest to switch to another wifi network or mobile data.
