Hi there,

Thanks for the message.

Please send us report:

1. Go to iPhone/iPad Settings

2. Scroll down to find Apps - tap Aloha in the list

3. Toggle Debug mode on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us

We will look into it as soon as we can.

You are sending us one file only, we need all files of report in one ticket.

ww still haven't received all data bin files, you are sending only one file. We need 4 files in total, data bin, data bin1, data bin2, data bin3.

We cant say why you cannot send all files from your device, it seems there is some sort of issue with the mailing on your device.

I've done this 4 times and nothing new has happened.
