I cannot open the app, I have tried to offload the app and re-install but failed. Please help!

How can I retrieve the files inside without the app?

Please send us report:

1. Go to iPhone/iPad Settings

2. Scroll down to find Apps - tap Aloha in the list

3. Toggle Debug mode on

4. Go to Aloha app

5. Tap Report in the top right corner and send it to us

We will look into it as soon as we can.

As per your files, you can access them in the Files app on your iPhone (this is the case, if the files access toggle enabled in Aloha app Downloads settings.
