Japan VPN Location Not Available on Mac and Windows (Premium User)

Hi, I'm currently a premium subscriber and trying to connect to a Japanese VPN server. On my iPhone, Japan shows up as an available location and connects without any issues. However, on both my MacBook and Windows PC, Japan does not appear in the list of available countries.

Is there a reason why the Japan server is only available on mobile and not on desktop? I'd appreciate any help or clarification. Thank you!
