Fifth Request This Is Getting Ridiculous. Cancel My Subscription and Refund NOW.

This is the fifth time I’m reaching out about canceling my Aloha Browser subscription and getting a refund. I’ve sent multiple emails — all completely ignored. Five messages. Zero replies.

This level of customer service is absolutely unacceptable. I’ve tried over and over to find the cancellation option in the app and on your website, and it simply doesn’t exist or is being deliberately hidden.

I’m an iOS user, but I paid directly through your service, not through the App Store. That’s why I’m posting this publicly — because your support clearly refuses to respond privately.

I’m demanding an immediate cancellation and a full refund right now. If you continue to ignore me, I will report this payment as unauthorized and take further action.


Enough is enough. Do. Not. Ignore. This. Again.
