Paid for premium but suddenly no access

Paid for premium as usual with my monthly subscription but oddly this month I lost access despite the payment showing as approved and paid for.

Order number: GPA.3370-6632-2644-27594..78

I have already ensured it's the correct app (I have been using the same app for years with no issues) and have tried "restore purchase" but it says nothing to restore.

Thanks for your feedback. You have Premium with Aloha Beta app, is this the one you are using on your device? https://play.google.com/store/apps/details?id=com.alohamobile.browser&hl=en

If yes- Please do the following:

  1. Restart your phone
  2. Go to Google Play app -> Subscriptions and make sure that your subscription is listed there
  3. Go to Aloha Browser and open premium purchase screen. This should trigger the re-evaluation of the current state.

If none of these work, we will need a report from your device 🛠️
